Question : I have a genital area rash that has spread onto inner thighs, stomach and sides, with itching and burning now interior of the penis

Probably you have developed fungal infection.
Your description is suggestive of that.
I treat such cases with a combination of oral and topical antifungal medication.
Oral fluconazole tablet 150 mg per week for 4 weeks and clotrimazole powder to be applied twice daily for the same duration works well.
If possible upload a photograph of the involved area.
This will help me in giving a closer diagnosis and better way of management.
