I been having this for 2 weeks now. At frist i thought it was a pimple but it never healed and it grew and spred to the side of my face . it itches and burn too. I havent aply anything new on my face just regular sun cream protector and make oil free make up. I do have a dandruff problem since young age.
Brief Answer:
Eczematous dermatitis, topical steroid & antihistaminic
Detailed Answer:
According to your complaints it seems to be eczematous dermatitis.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply a topical steroid like Mometasone cream or cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily for 7-10 days along with antihistaminic like tablet Cetirizine 10 mg once daily at bedtime for 7 days (please get the necessary prescriptions for the same)..
This will help in resolving the patches.
For dandruff use a Ketoconazole containing shampoo twice weekly.
