Ensure formula is associated with constipation, diarrhea, excessive fatigue, nervousness and confusion, frailty, dry mouth, vomiting, thirst and unwanted weight loss.
See ensure is a blend of protein carbohydrate and fats.
So in case tour digestion is not good body finds difficult to digest all components properly leading to gastric upset.
