Need more information - please answer the questions

Detailed Answer:
Hi...I just read through the history... I appreciate what you have been doing.

I would like to have more information... please answer the questions -

1. Did you really notice any worms wriggling at anal aperture at nights?
2. Does he scratch there inadvertently or handles his genitals?
3. Does he grind his teeth at night?
4. Does he have a sensation to pass motion soon after feeding?
5. Does he have the habit of pica or keeping play things in mouth etc?
6. Have you given any deworming agents in these 6 months?
7. You say the bumps have increased in size - I would like to know in what they are causing him concern like pain/ itching/ redness in the area/ pain while defaecating etc.
8. Lastly skin conditions are best diagnosed and treated after seeing them directly. Can you upload images of what you are quoting?

Please get back with answers so that I would be in a better position to guide you further.

Brief Answer:
I did not get any image here

Detailed Answer:
Hi...By what you quote I feel that it could be worm infestation.

I did not get any image here. Please upload the image here so that I can guide you better.

This is worm infestation indeed and I would prefer to give Albendazole 400mg single dose today and another 400mg as single dose after 10 days.

The only thing that need to be sorted out now is the small bumps which I would opine on after seeing the image. Please upload the image here so that I can guide you better.
