Brief Answer:
precautions advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
It is very common to have constipation and piles during and after pregnancy.
The main reason is constipation and if it is removed then piles regress themselves eventually.
So to help relieving constipation
- drink lots of water especially 2 glasses after waking up early in morning
- take lots of salads and fruits specially bananas.
- avoid straining for stools when you don't have enough feeling for evacuation of bowel.
But in case piles start increasing in size or start bleeding everytime you sit for stools then you should visit surgeon for check up.

My gynae examined if as anal fissure and there was lump near the opeaning of annus which would come out with every motion and then recede to the anus opening. This causes a lot of pain during and after defecation.I 'm also having warm tub bath for it.is this sentinel pile or something else.is this a very serious issue apart from the pain .
