What Causes Anejaculation And Low Libido?

Question: I am almost 70 years old. I know I have an enlarged prostate. I also am observing that for several months I am completely "dry" when I ejaculate. Is that normal? Should I be worried?

Hello dear. I have gone through your query. So dry ejaculation can be due to many reason in your case. One is that in old age there is testosterone deficiency which can lead to non production of semen.
Some drugs used to treat prostatic enlargement can cause it.
Sometimes there is retrograde ejaculation and semen goes into urinary bladder due to laxed valves.
It is not a serious concern and you ahould not be worried.

I have also noted a marked drop in sexual libido over the past year or so. Is this related, and what can be done about it?

Hello dear. Its a tricky situation. Although it looks more psychological and not related to ca prostate, but i advise you to avoid any hormonal drugs to i crease libido as it may increase growth of cancer
