What Causes Anejaculation?

Question: I am a twenty-year-old male. My problem is that I have never ejaculated. I have no problem getting and maintaining an erection, but it seems as though I cannot ejaculate. If I masturbate for about 10 minutes, my toes begin to become numb at a peak time. I have had several wet dreams, which I assume are semen. Do I have a serious problem? Eventually, I want to have children, and I am wondering if this could stop that. Thank You.

Thanks for writing to us.

You mentioned that you get erection. After erection there is one feeling called.'Orgasm". It is a different exciting,relaxed awesome enjoyable feeling lasting for few seconds. It ends with ejaculation of semen and reduction of erection.

If you get this feeling without ejaculation of semen then chances of retrograde ejaculation are there.In this case evaluation should be done for the cause of retrograde ejaculation.

If you do not feel orgasm at all it is anorgasmia and cause for that should be evaluated.Or you may be not doing masturbation up to complete satisfaction and quitting at the halfway due to some discomfort. It is not a problem, you need to continue masturbation till you reach to orgasm.

If night fall is there likely possibility is that you do not have any problem.

Do you feel any white discharge in urine occasionally?

Yes, I have night fall everyday and I don't know that is night fall or what whenever. I sleep down like fucking my penis get hit. I automatically rub my penis on the bed like fucking after 2 3 minutes white discharge happen.
No not all I don't feel any white discharge in urine.
what should I do, I have to try mastrubation till complete satisfaction. Plz suggest me some thing I don't want to die by cancer and I want to have my children, they don't have the same problem.

Thanks for information. The method you are using for masturbation is mainly responsible for your concern. Y rubbing penis with bed you can not see what is actually happening with penis and what is coming out.There is clear watery discharge when you start rubbing the penis.It is pre-ejaculation discharge from penis couper's gland.It is just fluid for lubrication.Do not mistaken it as discharge of semen.

You just do the masturbation with your hand.In relax mood with sexual thoughts in mind in complete privacy you should rub your hand gently with your hand. You can use any erotic material for excitement and stimulation if you wish like videos or images in phone,magazine or TV.Continue rubbing until you get orgasm and ejaculation of white semen.

There is not at all any chance of cancer. You can have good sex and children.

Please do what I have suggested at least 2-3 times and revert back to me with results.

Little pain while masturbation with hand is ok initially until you get accustomed to the same.If you can enjoy masturbation and reach to orgasm with ejaculation of white semen without significant problem, continue the masturbation and pain will go away.

However pain continues or increases in severity, consult doctor for examination. May be method of masturbation is faulty.
