Brief Answer:
Mood changes normal during pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

As I informed earlier, mood swings and anger outburst are normal symptoms during pregnancy. These changes don't affect the baby or the pregnancy. If she perceives normal fetal movements, has not abdominal pain / bleeding, I don't see any cause for worry.

You can calm her as you would do in any other cases. Most likely these outburst would improve a few days after delivery.
