Question : I fell down yesterday afternoon and injured ankle swelling and pain got worse as day went on below ankle bone, back of ankle and my heal kept it elevated all night and woke up this morning with severe chills and very nauseous do know what I should do my foot is tingling horribly and pain extending to knee when I walk
