Question : Ive got this annoying and irritating tingling, crawling feeling around the right side crevice of my nose. I've squeezed and squeezed amd got nothing out of it. Once in awhile it goes away but returns please help im afraid im doing more harm than good

Hello,

Annoying and tingling sensation occurs due to nerve related disorders. Nerve irritation, nerve degeneration or nerve compression can cause altered sensations in the area of distribution. Deficiency of vitamin B 12 is known to cause tingling sensation.

I would order serum vitamn b12 and folic acid level check. If deficiency is detected, vitamin B 12 and folic acid supplements are to be taken.
