Brief Answer:
Your mother may need dialysis

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Sorry to know about your mother's suffering.
Your mother symptoms may be related to increased creatinine level.
You shouldn't delay treatment because it will further compromise renal functions.
your mother may need dialysis and only this can reduce her suffering, there is no need to delay it.
However, requirement of dialysis shouldn't be based on creatinine level only,it should be assessed by clinician and GFR values.
GFR plays an important role in planning dialysis.

She may also need antibiotics depending upon culture and sensitivity report due to UTI.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your query.
Further queries are most welcome.
