Question : I am concerned, started hcg diet on Thursday with booster dose and then have had smaller dose last 2 days. I'm having what feels like anxiety attack multiple times today. Physically symptoms include body feeling a flushing of hot and cold shakiness and increased heart rate temporarily. I am now urinating a lot and have had several bowl movements today.

The symptoms that you are having could be related to dehydration and electrolyte imbalance associated with it. Start taking plenty of water and Gatorade and light liquids, easy to digest diet.
