Question : I took Buspirone hcl 10 mg at bedtime. It is now 2:00 a.m. and I woke up suddenly feeling like I am having another anxiety attack. What do you recommend?

You can take one more tablet of Buspirone 10 mg

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking

If you have prescription of any benzodiazepine drug like Clonazepam or Alprazolam then you can take low dose of either of these drugs. This will help in making you calm and the anxiety will go away.

Alternatively you can take one more tablet of Buspirone 10 mg now and this will also calm you. Drink a glass of cold water slowly in about 2 minutes and this will also relax you.
