Question : ib prophen. pain down arm into finger pain in between shoulder blades chest feels like caving in cant take full breath. please help

Welcome and thanks for your query.
If you can't breathe it is an allergy to Ibuprofen and you should go to the ER without delay.
If it is only a pain between the shoulder blades it can be due to an inflammation of the esophagus by the ibuprofen.
