                                    Brief Answer:
patient of bronchial asthma having diplopia at night
Detailed Answer:
A patient with asthma should be getting regular treatment. You have diplopia at night only, so refraction testing should be done. If an error is detected it should be corrected by giving glasses. In dim light you have diplopia, however fundus examination should be done as well, to exclude cataracts. Might be using steroid for asthma which have induced cataract and glaucoma,so intraocular tension should be measured and field tracing may be done. Muscle balancing of ocular muscle should be done. cover test to detect phoria should be done. BP should be measured to exclude hypertension as these tests may help in diagnosing diplopia.
