Brief Answer:
You can wait

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am Dr Mittal. I have read your message. I think I can help you. The query seems to convey to me that you need to know whether something can be done for high BP.
I think you don't need any medicines for the blood pressure. a BP below 140 is quite acceptable. even by old guidelines it is a very good blood pressure and within normal range.
So no need to start BP medicines. we will have to wait for the doctor and meanwhile wait for diltizem to act.
I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information contained in this message will be able to help you find the best solution for your problem. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.

So my BP being 117/78 with a pulse of 100 is okay? Also, is it okay when it gets to 137/97 with a pulse of 110?
