Question : Hi i hear voices n i take medication for it its not working that well wht can i do or take to get rid of it

Based on the brief history you have shared, you need to evaluate first for Ear examination by an ENT specialist. If ear exam is normal than you may need evaluation and consultation by a psychiatrist. He may prescribe you medicinces like Olanzapine alongwith mood stabilisers like valproate. In my clinics I also suggest my patients with such symptoms to use low dose SSRI alongwith these medicines.

Along with medical therapy you may need to have sessions with group therapies and discussions relating to these issues.
