Question : Hi I am traveling to XXXXXXX from the US with My 3 month old son. He has not had a bowel movement in 4 days, and is straining to go. Is there a way to help him go? He is breast fed with 3-4 bottle feeds each day (4oz, Enfamil each). He spit up more than usual last night so gave him 1 mg of Ondansetron oral drop

Hi....it is quite common for top fed and breast fed babies to pass stools less frequently at times.
Sometimes it can take even 10 days. Please do not use any laxatives at this age.... It might result in diarrhea.
