Little bit more information will be helpful

Hello
Thanks for posting
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. To help you better please tell me-
1.How are your neck and shoulder movement ?
2.Is the pain associated with sweating, breathing difficulties and nausea?
It could be the muscle spasm (Trapezius) and my suggestion are-rest, hot water fomentation, Ibuprofen along with muscle relaxant drug thiocolchicoside (prescription only).
Looking forward to your reply.
Take care

Thx...my movement has gotten very slow and stiff...my wife says like a walking board..range of motion isn't real good cuz of the pain...I need help to sit up or lay back...I've been on n off of heating pad...ice...water bottle etc...barely eating...vomitting every hour or so....shivers...cold sweats...dizziness...can't walk straight on my own....feel like my head is gonna burst...light sound sensitive...now I know some of this is the sudden stopping of the pain meds...all the info I've seen says its quite dangerous to stop like that and that's why the ER's in my area are so full and unsympathetic...there are some of us that are genuine suffering patients it is sooo discouraging after that to seek out help again? I've also noticed ear ringing and my wife told me my memory is weird the past few days...said we've had serious conversations I remember nothing about? I have never felt like this my whole life...its worrying for me?

                                    Brief Answer:
Muscle stiffness along with drug withdrawal
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It’s good to see you
The symptoms you have are suggestive of severe muscle spasm along with sudden drug withdrawal. The drug leading to such withdrawal symptoms are opioid derivative like tramadol, pentazocine etc, were you taking them?
You must visit a doctor who specializes in drug withdrawal and its management. Meanwhile for stiffness you just follow the treatment as discussed earlier.
Looking forward to your reply.
Regards
