Brief Answer:
It looks like a Gastric ulcer or Duodenal ulcer.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

As per your description, it seems that you have taken painkillers and then developed these symptoms. Let me know if I am wrong. It looks like a Gastric ulcer or Duodenal ulcer.

I prescribe Proton pump inhibitor like Rabeprazole along with Levosulpiride to my patients with similar complaints.
You should stop using pain killers.
You should avoid spicy foods, carbonated drinks, caffeine products.
You should take frequent small feeds
You should consult your doctor, get examined clinically and get appropriate prescription.
If there is no response, you should get an Ultrasound abdomen and Upper GI endoscopy.
Nothing to worry. It will come down.

Hope i answered your query.
If you have any questions, i will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
