Brief Answer:
Cause will depend on histopathological examination

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day
Dear Ms

The spot on the kidney may be cased by many conditions. Thus I need more details about the condition. Firstly upload the reports of tests done, if possible for my reference.

Secondly the cause why one kidney was removed can only be ascertained by histopathological examination. It would be very helpful if you could get in touch with your operating for indication of Nephrectomy, intra operative findings and histopathology.

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care
