Brief Answer:
Can be muscle pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The back pain near shoulder blade might not be related to pneumonia. It ca be a simple muscle pain due to a bad posture or a muscle spasm. Shoulder tendonitis or frozen shoulder also needs to be ruled out after an examination. Till then you can do a hot compress and avoid all painful activities. Taking oral muscle relaxants in addition to pain killer will also help.
I hope this answers your query.
