Question : I have back pain both sides in the kidney area when I lie down. Last two nights very painfull, as soon as I get up and move around pain goes away

As per your description, it looks like musculoskeletal pain.
As the pain is altered due to posture, it goes more in favour of musculoSkeletal cause.
I prescribe Skeletal muscle relaxant tablet containing Thiocolchicoside to my patients with similar complaints.
I also prefer to go for an Ultrasound abdomen to rule out any Kidney problem.
