Question: What causes a b-6 level of 127 without any supplementation? I am having extreme neurological disfunction.. numbness, tingling, pain in the spinal back are, neck pains, nausea and dizziness.

You should consult a neurologist because the neurologic exam will determinate the topic suffering
It seems you have a mechanic problem probably diacopathy at cervical level
