Brief Answer:
Can be mechanical back pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
From description it seems to be mechanical back pain radiating to both legs, more related to posture while working.
For pain and spasm to go you have to do back exercises to relive the spasm associated with this. Doing hot fomentation and applying muscle relaxant gel will also be helpful in relieving the spasm.
Correct your posture while sitting. Take frequent breaks during your work.
Lie on hard bed. Avoid forward bending and lifting heavy weight.
You can take anti inflammatory drug like ibuprofen to relieve pain.

I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.

I haven't been able to work the pain is been so bad in my legs and feet so it has to be something more than just muscles there's nothing on my MRI that shows nerve problems I was wondering if you could be a blood flow problem

Brief Answer:
Can be blood flow related issue.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
If the pain in legs is severe and no nerve root compression is noted on MRI scan then it could be due to a decreased blood flow or diabetic neuropathy. Do consult your physician for color doppler study of legs and HbA1C evaluation.
Hope my answer is helpful.
