Brief Answer:
Suggest acetaminophen, ibuprofen and see your dr.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for using Healthcare Magic.
These symptoms do not all relate to a single underlying cause. Back pain is commonly caused by muscular strain. Therefore, I suggest you try pain-killers such as acetaminophen and ibuprofen in the first instance.
If you think your blood pressure is not well controlled, then you see your doctor to have it measured possibly over 24 hours. There may be a need for medication. Your doctor may consider you should be on a statin to reduce the risk of cariovascular complications.
Your runny nose and headache may indicate the onset of a cold. Treat the symptoms with cold remedies as needed. However, if you are taking acetaminophen and ibuprofen, these drugs shold be sufficient for this purpose. Some over-the-counter cold remedies will contain these drugs so beware.
I hope this helps. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Dr K A Pottinger,
