I hurt it helping an over egar friend move. We lifted a pallet and well carying it to the curb my back started to burn as we set it down my back erupted in pain. It is lower back, a couple years a go I found out I had a slight bulge and narrow stanosis in the t12. It does hurts while walking but it hurts more to sit and bending. I have treid heat, ice, rest and acetaminophen.

Brief Answer:
Ligament tear/ Muscle sprain

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for getting back

From the history you have given it looks like you have a ligamental tear or muscle sprain. I recommend that following things to you

1. Complete bed rest for 1 week
2. Do not engage in strenuous activities, especially running, jogging, hiking
3. Do not lift any heavy weights
4. If the pain does not subside even after a week then I recommend that you see an orthopedician for CT spine to rule out disc prolapse

Continue to apply heat over the area. I sugget Tab Aceclofenac chlorzoxazone in your case, you can take it twice daily for not more than 3 days. You could also apply Diclofenac gel over the tender area for temporary relief

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

I wish you good health and a speedy recovery

Regards
