I am so sorry to hear about this sinusitis though happy as symptoms seem to be giving way. This back pain is most likely mechanical. I will suggest that you take Tylenol for this. Do not exceed 4000mg in any 24hours interval. Also, try to sleep comfortable over night as poor sleeping posture could also cause this.
