Brief Answer:
I think managing stress and observing sleep hygiene is necessary

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

From the available description I feel managing stress is most important as there is strong association between poor sleep and stress level. Sometime it may not be apparent to the individual but increased level of cortisol due to high stress definitely affects your sleep. Fortunately the sleep duration is just below the normal range so I do not think medications are required and it is rightly possible to have good response with stress management.

I also feel that there is clear need to follow sleep hygiene principles. I have frequently observed that the decreased duration of sleep is contributed by poor sleep hygiene. As a general guidelines you can access sleep hygiene principles at https://www.icliniq.com/articles/emotional-and-mental-health/how-to-sleep-better-tips-for-getting-a-good-nights-sleep which was authored by some time back.

I hope this helps you.
If you have more questions feel free to write back to me.
Thanks and regards.
