                                    Brief Answer:
involuntarily passing wind to evaluate
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.
If people keep asking if you passed wind, it might be perhaps due to :
- odor from your skin especially if you consumer strong spice like garlic, tumeric, etc.
- you might have passed wind involuntarily, I advise to consult with your doctor and to schedule an anoscopy that will evaluate the status of anal tissue and nearby connective tissues.
All the best!

                                    Brief Answer:
I recommended that you perform anoscopy with anal sphicter manometry...
Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
Although your GP didn't find anything wrong, he can’t examine with bare eyes internal anal sphincters and all the rectum tissue (so he can't find out the right cause of your symptoms).
It's highly recommended that you perform a full rectal examination with anal-scope including anal sphincters manometry. This is a test that evaluates anal function in patients with sphincter incontinence (stool leakage). Anal sphincter manometry will exclude or include anal sphincter incontinence or other causes to your concerns.
Wish you health!
