Question : Every 3-4 weeks I am sufferring from bad cough and cold in XXXXXXX Having running for 5-7days with white mucus coming out and terrible cough. Throat is paining like anything and always there is some tingling painful sensation in the throat.
I was in XXXXXXX 1month back there I had no cough/cold, not sure if weather here is an issue.
Any help on this would be very helpful amd also if you would suggest any health supplement to strengthen immunity?

Hi,
Thanks for your query.
I suspect you to have infection based on the description of your symptoms for which I recommend a course of antibiotics for now.
You may also have to take Tab Cheston cold twice daily which surely will provide relief from the symptoms.
It cant but due to low immunity but due to weather for sure.
Gargling antiseptic solution like Chlorhexidine twice daily would prevent you from getting these infections repeatedly.
Do consult a GP to get a prescription for antibiotics.
