Question : I am having a sever period with bad cramps , dull pain , loss of appetite , fatigue but with little bleeding , mostly when I pee . I have not had one like this before
Brief Answer:
Ultrasound scan needed
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I understand you undergoing severe menstrual pain.
If this is occurring for first time, this could possibly be severe premenstrual tension. This is relieved by antispasmodic medications. Please try to get a prescription for the same.
If you have experienced before, it is better to get an ultrasound scan done to check for fibroids in uterus which generally causes such problems.
