Question : What can cause occasional odor from the head and foreskin area of the penis even if washed and cleaned daily? Have tried triple antibiotic and okay for a few days, then comes back.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to irritation and fungal infection. Washing penis excessively and using soap can cause irritation.

Avoid using soaps and irritants to wash the area. You can use saline or warm water for this. Using antifungal ointments like clotrimazole locally and fluconazole tablet orally will help to get rid off recurrent fungal infection also.
