What Causes Bad Odor From Urine And Stool?

Question : I have a smell coming out of my pores. It is also in my urine and my bowls. It is not a bad smell, in fact I can't really define the smell. No one seems to notice it but me but it is really beginning to worry me. I went to my GYN and had an internal exam and a pap smear, all was O.k. I take several medicines:
amlodipine besylate 10 mg., candesartan 4mg., glimepiride 4mg., CoQ10, 200mg. daily, move free ultra omega, 1 daily. Could any of these be causing my problem. Like I said it isn't a bad smell but i have a very high rate of cancer in my family so I am really concerned. I get cancer screening every 3 years and so far everything has been fine. Any idea what this could be?

Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
I understand your concern.
Since I can obtain an important information from your medicine list that you are a diabetic, you are probably having vaginal candida infection.
If you are sexually active, this can be another source of getting the infection and being a diabetic, you are catching it easily.
I advise in such situation to take a stat single dose of Fluconazole 200 mg and to repeat it after 15 days.
I am hopeful this would resolve. Write to me again after 10 days of taking the medicine that how your problem is.
