Brief Answer:
Bacterial overgrowth might be the reason

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to healthcare magic.I understand your concern.
In my opinion this is quite common complaint of large breasts.
It is due to the sweat accumulation admixed with skin exfoliation. There will be increased growth of natural bacteria in these areas leading to bad odour.
Solution for this is keeping the area dry.
This can be done by using loose soft cotton inners which absorb and sweat.
Kindly avoid synthetic polyester kind of materials.
Usually deodarants which contain propyl alcohol and isobutyl alcohol help in decreasing the bacterial growth.
No need to apply any creams or antiboitics.
Sometimes some moisturizers might also exacerbate the condition.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss furthur.
Best regards...Dr.Srilatha
