Question : first my nose got bad smell when i am breathing,after consulting doctor by using medicines i recovered with bad smell and problem is now i am getting sweet smell

A bad smell usually occurs due to overgrowth of anerobic microbes. However, there is a particular bacteria called Pseudomonas which has a sweet smell. So what you are saying could indeed make sense. Visit a doctor and get yourself examined and evaluated. Discuss the possibilities that I mentioned and let him take his call.

Take steam inhalation on regular basis. It should reach deep inside and provide relief.
