Hello,

I can certainly understand your concern

Before guiding you further I would like to know the following

Since how long you had these symptoms ?

Have you taken any tests like Ultrasound abdomen or Upper Gastrointestinal endoscopy ?

Do you consume alcohol ?

Are you currently taking any medication for these symptoms or on medication for another medical comorbid conditions ?

Is there any associated history of Diabetes Hypertension or Thyroid issues in you ?

Once I receive your answers I will guide you thoroughly.

In that case the possibility of Gastric inflammation or Gastritis is very high.

Considering your age it's advisable to take up an Upper Gastrointestinal endoscopy examination to rule out reflux Esophagitis or a mass occupying lesion of the upper gastrointestinal tract.

Further management if any is largely based on test results.

I generally prescribe oral pills of Pantoprazole and Syrup Aristozyme to my patients with such symptoms for a short course of time for symptomatic improvement. Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these medications to you.
