Brief Answer:
Needs evaluation .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that your 19 years old daughter has problem of bed wetting (Nocturnal Enuresis)

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Does she have any other urinary symptoms like frequency, urgency, burning etc?

Normally in females urine control is achieved by the age of 7-8 years

The urine is a continuously formed by the kidneys and is controlled by a hormone called Anti Diuretic Hormone which prohibit kidneys to produce urine in the night. In Enuresis there is imbalance in this mechanism that results in to more production of urine during night/

The other important factors that lead to more production of urine at night is 1)Consumption of Caffeine and alcohol which may be responsible factor in your daughter;s case
2) Over Active Bladder .

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Serum levels of ADH (To be done in the evening)

Reducing her water intake after afternoon ,avoiding alcohol and taking drugs like Solifenacin once daily will help to resolve her symptoms .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
