Brief Answer:
Needs to be evaluated by a qualified Urologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have noticed bending of your penis after erection mostly due to Peyronies disease.

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Since how long you have been facing this problem?
2) Are you able to penetrate vagina during sexual intercourse with your female partner?
3) Do you palpate any hard nodule in shaft of the penis bellow the skin?

Peyronies disease in early stage or in a mild form does not require any treatment and gets cured itself over a period of two years .

It needs to be treated by surgery if one has difficulty in pentrating vagina during sexual intercourse with female partner.

Please consult qualified urologist for clinical assessment and get Ultrasound scanning of penis done to asses the degree of curvature of penis on erection and extent of calcified plaque in corpora cavernosa .Further treatment (Surgery ) if required will be decided by him.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,
I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Brief Answer:
You can try following Medicines.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for feedback

Based on the feedback I think you have mild form of Peyronies disease .Since the etiology of Peryronies disease is still unknown there are many medications being tried but it is difficult to predict the results.

You can try taking Vit E and B complex with anti oxidants like almonds etc.
This can be judged by the concerned urologist on clinical findings and detail evaluation.

Recently a new mode of treatment called Extra Corporeal Shock Wave therapy is being practised with encouraging results However this facility is available at very few places in XXXXXXX You have to search out its availability in XXXXXXX .

Thanks and Reagrds.

Dear Dr. P.T XXXXXXX

I had this checked about over a year ago and was advised to take Vit. E - which I have done. Should admit that I have not been consistent. However, the problem still persists.

I would highly appreciate if you could:

a) Kindly inform me the success rate of Corporeal Shock Wave therapy in the UAE
b) The best facility in the UAE where this procedure has been successfully carried out and the expert in this field.

Thanking you.
