Question: i have intense pain in my right biscep and shoulder, it hurts to lie on it and painful to raise my arm, shoulder in pain and kind of goes into my underarm and the swollen lymph node there in biscep is dark in color and very painful. pain kind of radiated in armpit chest. what is it cancer, fibromyalgia, lymphoma

The pain in the biceps and shoulder that you have an be due to a infection in the area since there is a swollen lymph node or due to tendonitis or frozen shoulder.
This needs a direct examination by an orthopedician for proper diagnosis. It is not likely to be anything serious like cancer or lymphoma. It can be treated with proper medicines.
