Question : Hi. I am a 29 year old female. I carry the HP virus, but am negative for all STDs.I have a permanent, pencil eraser sized black blood blister on the perimeter of my labia. It has been there for years. Sometimes it will swell and become painful. If I pop it, it fills back up with blood, and is tender, but never disappears. It remains black and under the skin, unless swollen, then it will become more of a hard raised bump. This has only happened twice, during pregnancies. Any thoughts on what this could be?

Brief Answer:
Likely cyst ( bartholin)

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Permanent eraser size black blister on labial perimeters are likely bartholin cysts. Other possibilities are of warts, XXXXXXX duct cysts, vestibular cysts, hidradenoma , lipoma and hematoma.

There is one only way to know it for sure. Seek a gynecologist and let them have a look. SOlution to all of those is simple. DOnt pick pop or poke, If it bothers let them be removed by laser by a gynecologist.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
