Question : hai doctor, i don't know why glans penis changes its colour from pink to black. It's an embarrassment for me. I'm just 20 now. i used to masturbate 2 times a day. is that the cause of it?. my thighs have changed its color once i had a rash there. is there anyway to get back that color back. can you please help me ?

This black discoloration is just thickening of mucosa covering glans.
This happens due to friction generated during masturbation.
Try using a lubricant while doing masturbation.
It will recover on its own.
Black patches on thigh might be secondary to underlying fungal infection.
Try an antifungal cream like clotrimazole twice daily for a month.
