Question : I have a little black dot I just noticed on the right top side of the roof of my mouth--

-Local trauma due to chewing hard food .
-Due to inflammation of gingiva or Dental infection (tooth infection) .
-If you have any habit of Smoking.
- Drug induced Allergy .
- Lesion like Lichen planus .
