Hi Mam,
I have gone through your query; it suggests that your nasal discharge infected may be due to rhinosinusitis and in this condition I personally advised
1. Neti wash nasal wash once in the morning.
2. Nasal and systemic nasal decongestant.
3. Antibiotic.
4. Steam inhalation three times a day for atleast five minutes each.
