Question : Hello Doc,

My dad has a small black patch on his right leg. it is dark black in color and occasionally itching and causing irritation. Could you please help me with appropriate medication or healing process for the same. I have enclosed the pictures for your reference. He has diabetes and is under medication from last 6 - 8 years.

Thanks for the query and photograph.

It is looking like dryness related to age.

I treat such cases with a mild steroid cream like Mometasone to be applied in night and Venusia moisturiser to be applied in morning.

This combination works well.
Try this for 15 days and let me know the results.
