Question : My 13 year old daughter pointed out a black / pruple looking spot on her inner vaginal lip she doesnt seem to have any pain or itiching but i am concered what coukd this be?

Based on your description, its most likely to be a benign mole which requires no intervention. If the spot enlarges, gets raised, has visible color changes or is progressively becoming itchy and inflamed then you should get it examined by a gynecologist.
