Brief Answer:
Acne

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query and photograph.
You have developed acne.
It is an inflammatory condition of sebaceous glands involving the face.
I treat such cases with a combination of topical benzoyl peroxide cream in night and clindamycin gel in morning and Capsule doxycycline 100 mg daily once for a month.
This combination works well and is safe as well as effective and usually available over the counter.
You can try this and let me know the results.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
