Brief Answer:
Blood oozing in the upper gut

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Black tarry stools represents digested blood in the stool. The acid in the stomach and duodenum (upper gut) digests the blood that may be oozing in these areas. I suspect varices, peptic ulcer or some bleeding tendency from the mouth or food pipe. There are some urgent reasons to be evaluated including tumors of the Gut.

So please get yourself evaluated immediately.
