                                    Brief Answer:
It can be stomach issue or oral inflammation
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing back.
This seems to be because of two possible reasons.
1) Bleeding ulcer in stomach.
2) Oral pathology.
Here are a few things you can do to make it better .
1)Dont use irritant foods like fizzy drinks spicy food...avoid smoking ...alcohol what ever applies.
2) Take syrup gaviscon thrice a day this will keep your stomach acid in balance.
3) You can use any oral gel or cream on swollen glands.
4) Avoid tea coffee caffiene..
5) If you dont get better in 3..4 days consult your doctor he might run some test to diagnose the cause.
6) There are some meds like PPI's which are superior in stomach acid control you can discuss it with your doctor.
7) Dont take pain killers.
Regards.
