Hi and welcome to HCM.

You need to see neurologist and do head XT scan. This is not emergency. but some disorders should be ruled out. In most cases there is only compressive neuropathy which lead to your finger symptoms, But if this is associated with black outs then ct head scan is definitely required,or MRI if necessary.

MRI of head is requred. There are plenty neurologic disorders which can cause this and most of it is treatable. ALso B vitamin complex may be beneficial
